Number of Rooms: 36 Oceanfront Guestrooms, 27 Multi-Bedroom Villas and 5 One Bedroom Suites.
The Pineapple House is our hotel component of accommodation it comprises of 36 Ralph Lauren designed rooms, the rooms that define Caribbean opulence. The upstairs room boasts a stunning view from sunrise to sunset with louvered windows and high cathedral ceiling whereas the downstairs room boast a patio or a balcony . White stone floors, romantic four poster mahogany bamboo beds and sumptuous upholstered furniture from the Ralph Lauren home collection add to each and every guests' comfort. The color accents are white with splashes of pink or blue. The bathrooms have been enlarged and feature separate deep tubs, freestanding rain showers and double sink vanities; all fixtures are by Waterworks.
All rooms have air-conditioning, private bathrooms, with tub and shower separate, telephones, umbrellas, in room safes, bathrobes, iPod docking stations, coffee machine for complimentary Blue Mountain Coffee and tea, hair dryers, and an iron and ironing board.
There are 26 individually owned villas with 89 suites surrounded by 30 acres of gardens. Villas or cottages contain 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 suites, each with private open aired living rooms magnificent sea views. There are 23 villas with their private swimming pools. Classic, Deluxe, Master and Grand Pineapple Villa Suites have semi private pools. There are also Classic and Deluxe suites without pool.
Villas are beautifully decorated by individual owners to Round Hill's standards. You may find wicker, mahogany or bamboo furniture, slipcovers and beautiful tile and wooden floors. Bedrooms are closed for your complete air-conditioning comfort. Living rooms convey a very light, Caribbean feel with the trade winds passing through it.
Each villa features great privacy, beautiful tropical gardens and most with pool decks. The Villas are complete with a Cook, Housekeeper and Gardner to attend to your individual needs. Available in all rooms and suites:

These spacious suites include up to 1,400 square feet of indoor/outdoor living area. The One Bedroom Suite includes air-conditioned bedroom, semi-enclosed living room, a garden or verandah and custom designed pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. One Bedroom suite amenities include personal housekeeping services along with breakfast prepared upon request (additional charge) and served in the One Bedroom Suite each morning.
